What is the ruling on a pilgrim giving money to charitable organizations that undertake the slaughter and distribution of the Hady (sacrificial animal) in different parts of the world?

This act is against Sharia and a deception of Allah's servants. The place for sacrificing the Hady (sacrificial animal) is Mecca, and it must be slaughtered there and distributed among its poor. Allah Almighty explicitly stated this, saying: (an offering [Hady] reaching the Kaaba). If there are no recipients for the Hady in Mecca—which is a remote فرض (far-fetched assumption)—then there is no objection to transporting the meat to the needy in Muslim lands.
