Is it permissible to recite Surat Al-Kahf on Friday without Wudu, and does it entail reward?

Reciting the Quran without ablution (Wudu') is valid and permissible, and the one who does so will be rewarded, based on the hadith narrated by Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to remember Allah at all times." Minor ritual impurity (al-hadath al-asghar) does not prohibit reciting the Quran; rather, it is major ritual impurity (al-hadath al-akbar), specifically Janabah, that prohibits it.
