Is the girl who was forced to abort her pregnancy resulting from rape considered to have committed the sin of killing a soul, and does she bear the burden of the fetus's sin, or is her act justified to avoid scandal and because the child would not know his father?

Aborting a fetus after the ensoulment (ruh) is a grave evil and falls under the killing of a soul forbidden by Islamic law. The perpetrator is sinful unless there is a legitimate Shariah justification. Whoever directly performs the abortion or assists in it must repent to Allah. If the fetus is aborted after its formation, the one who directly performed the abortion must pay its blood money (diyah), which is one-tenth of the mother’s blood money. Some scholars are of the opinion that expiation for killing (kaffarat al-qatl) is also obligatory. It is important to note the danger of some girls being lax about riding alone with a non-mahram (definition) man, as this is a wide door to temptation.
