You are not required to perform ghusl (ritual bath) unless you are absolutely certain that semen, which necessitates ghusl, has been discharged, and this is by its distinct signs. However, if there is doubt, ghusl is not obligatory for you. As for a wet dream, it is seeing something related to sexual intercourse. Ghusl is not obligatory merely by having a wet dream unless there is certainty of semen discharge. The discharge of semen is what is considered for the obligation of ghusl.
