Is it permissible to recite Surat Al-Fatiha in the third and fourth rak'ahs of prayer according to the Hanafis?

It is obligatory to recite Al-Fatiha and a [surah/chapter from the Qur’an] in the first two rak’ahs of the obligatory prayer, and in all rak’ahs of the supererogatory (nafl), Witr, and Eid prayers according to the Hanafis. As for the last two rak’ahs of the obligatory prayer, it is sunnah to recite only Al-Fatiha without an additional surah, and it is disliked to combine them. For the congregant (ma’mum), neither Al-Fatiha nor a surah is recited, whether in a silent or audible prayer; rather, listening attentively to the Imam's recitation is obligatory.
