What is the ruling on reciting a surah before Al-Fatiha in prayer, and should Al-Fatiha be repeated? And what are the implications of reciting Al-Fatiha and another surah in all rak'ahs of Dhuhr prayer, and is it obligatory to repeat the prayer?

If a worshiper recites a surah before Al-Fatihah, he must repeat it after Al-Fatihah to attain the Sunnah. If he bows before repeating it, he has abandoned the Sunnah of the surah and should perform the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw). As for reciting a surah after Al-Fatihah in the third and fourth rak'ahs of a four-rak'ah or three-rak'ah prayer, it is permissible and does not necessitate repeating the prayer.
