I want to ask about Al-Qaradawi's fatwas: Are they correct or not?

Yusuf al-Qaradawi, the head of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, is one of the most prominent contemporary scholars. His fatwas (religious edicts) can be accepted or rejected based on the Sharia evidence, for no one is infallible after the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
