How can one overcome the shyness that prevents them from going to the mosque?

Modesty is an Islamic virtue and a branch of faith, and it is of two types:

1. Praiseworthy modesty: This prevents the soul from committing evil and falling short in fulfilling rights. It is one of the characteristics of a human being, enabling them to refrain from unlawful acts.

2. Blameworthy modesty: This prevents a person from speaking the truth, doing good, and seeking knowledge. It leads to abandoning obligations and committing unlawful acts. This is a deception from Satan and a pathological condition that requires psychological treatment.
