Is it permissible for the father to perform Hajj or Umrah using his wife's money, which she earned from her work, with his belief that the money is shared between them?

If a wife gives her husband money for Hajj or Umrah willingly, there is no harm upon him. However, encroaching upon her money without her permission is not permissible, as she has the right to ownership. A father's service to his children does not justify him encroaching upon his wife's money, unless there is an agreement or a custom that permits him to take a percentage of her money in exchange for her working outside the home. A woman working and earning outside the home while having a provider contradicts the guardianship of men, goes against a woman's nature and her role in the home, and exposes her to dangers.
