What is the share of each heir from the estate of the deceased who left behind: a wife, a mother, a father, 4 sons, 2 daughters, a full sister, a maternal half-sister, 2 full brothers, 7 sons of a full brother, and a paternal uncle?

Those who inherit from the aforementioned individuals are: the parents, the wife, the sons, and the two daughters; due to the non-inheritance of siblings and the uncle in the presence of a son or a father.

The mother receives one-sixth, and the father receives one-sixth, due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for his parents, each of them the sixth of what he left if he had a child."

The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them is one-eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt."

And the remainder is for the sons and the two daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), "for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

The inheritance is divided into 240 shares: - For the mother: 40 shares. - For the father: 40 shares. - For the wife: 30 shares. - For each son: 26 shares. - For each daughter: 13 shares.
