What is the share of each heir from the estate of the deceased who left behind: one son, a father, a mother, and one wife?

If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, the mother receives one-sixth and the father one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir, and the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir. The remainder goes to the son by virtue of ta'sib (residuary inheritance).

The inheritance is divided into twenty-four shares: the mother receives four shares, the father four shares, the wife three shares, and the son thirteen shares.
