What is the ruling regarding someone who omits circumambulating behind the Hijr of Isma'il during Hajj?

Whoever circumambulates inside the Hijr (the semicircular wall next to the Kaaba) does not have their round counted, because Allah Almighty commanded circumambulation of the entire House: "and let them circumambulate the Ancient House" (22:29). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to 'Aisha: "Pray in the Hijr, for the Hijr is part of the House" (narrated by Muslim). Likewise, if one circumambulates on the wall of the Hijr or the Shadhrawan of the Kaaba, it is not counted, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, circumambulated from beyond all of that, and he said: "Take your rituals from me."
