What is the ruling regarding women's attire and what is permissible for them to reveal of their bodies to other women at parties and weddings?

A woman is permitted to wear wide and modest clothing, provided it does not resemble the attire of disbelieving or immoral women. She is also permitted to wear jewelry, provided it is not seen by non-mahram men. As for what she is allowed to reveal in front of other women, it is anything except what is between the navel and the knee, provided there is no fear of temptation.
