Is zakat obligatory on a clothing store, which has reached the nisab and a hawl (year) has passed over it, knowing that I withdraw from its profits to spend on medical treatment and my family?

If the goods and money in the shop amount to 9500 dollars, reaching the nisab, then zakat is due on them. The zakat is estimated at a quarter of a tenth (2.5%) of the total value upon the completion of a full lunar year (hawl), and what was consumed during the year does not affect it.

The nisab is the minimum amount of wealth upon which zakat becomes obligatory. It is equivalent to the value of 85 grams of gold or 595 grams of silver, provided a full lunar year has passed over it.
