What is the ruling on naming a Facebook page "The Zionist Crusader Secular Current" by way of mockery, and does its owner become an apostate by saying "Crusader and Secular," even in jest, taking into account the page's liberal leanings, and what is the ruling on those who like it?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to ascribe himself to a religion other than Islam, even in jest. Whoever explicitly states this, intentionally and by choice, has committed an act of disbelief (kufr). It is not permissible to like a page that contains such content; rather, one must denounce it. Whoever does not denounce it is like them. Jesting about disbelief is disbelief (kufr), and there is no disagreement on this among the Ummah.
