Is there a sin incurred by reading and spreading a joke that contains mockery of the rituals of Allah? And is mocking the rituals considered an act of disbelief (kufr) and an apostasy from the faith? And is one who reads and spreads it considered an apostate from the faith?

Mocking religion and its rituals is considered an act of disbelief (kufr). As Ibn Baz said: "Mocking Allah, His Messenger, His verses, His law, and His rulings is among the types of disbelief." This is further emphasized by the Almighty's saying: {Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief.} This includes mocking Tawhid (monotheism), prayer, zakat, fasting, Hajj, and other religious rulings, as well as mocking and ridiculing religious people.

It is forbidden to disseminate content that contains disbelief. Whoever does so bears the burden of sin for those who come across the evil and act upon it, for whoever calls to misguidance will bear the sin of those who follow him. Nevertheless, the one who transmits disbelief does not disbelieve if he does not affirm it, believe in it, or approve of it. The judgment that the doer is an infidel requires the fulfillment of conditions and the absence of impediments, because judging an act as disbelief does not necessarily mean that the doer is an infidel.
