Is it permissible to register an adopted child in the name of his adoptive father's first name, while the names of the grandfather and tribe, as well as the mother's name, are different?

Adoption is forbidden in Islam. It involves attributing a child of unknown or known lineage to a man, based on the Almighty’s saying: (Call them by their fathers’ names; that is more just in the sight of Allah. But if you do not know their fathers, then they are your brethren in faith and your freed slaves). However, caring for this child, raising them, and being kind to them is permissible; in fact, it is an act of worship, while observing that they are a non-mahram. A person of unknown lineage should be given a general name that does not suggest their belonging to a specific family or tribe, such as “Abdullah ibn Abd al-Rahman.” If the name of their father coincides with the name of their guardian, there is no harm, but attributing them to a specific tribe, such as “al-Hashimi,” is not permissible due to the misconception it creates.
