What must a daughter who was disobedient to her parents do to repent, seek forgiveness, and be granted a righteous husband after their passing?

The questioner has committed a grave sin, and she must repent sincerely, supplicate extensively for her father, asking for mercy and forgiveness for him, and give charity on his behalf. As for her desire for a righteous husband, she should supplicate frequently using the words of Allah Almighty: "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us leaders for the righteous," and seek assistance from those who wish her well.
