Is it permissible to buy clothes with counterfeit brands and pray in them if the purchase is not for the sake of the brand?

It is not permissible to infringe upon the trademark or trade name of these brands without the permission of their owners. This constitutes forgery and an unlawful transgression according to Islamic law, as it infringes upon the financial rights of the companies. Therefore, it is not permissible to purchase clothing or other items bearing these forged brands unless the purchaser knows that the brand owner has given permission to the producing company. Otherwise, the purchaser would be complicit in the sin with the perpetrators, because whoever takes from a usurper, a thief, or an aggressor, while knowing of their usurpation, theft, or aggression, is like them.
