What is the ruling on buying a non-original piece of clothing whose design I liked, its price is cheap, and its logo is small, while the original piece is very expensive, old, and currently unavailable in the market? And should I get rid of the imitation clothes I own and not use them?

"A brand is a right established by Islamic law for its owners, and it is forbidden to infringe upon it by imitation or counterfeiting. It also holds a significant financial value in contemporary custom. Therefore, it is not permissible to purchase goods bearing counterfeit trademarks, so that the buyer does not become a partner in sin and an aid to falsehood. The small size of a logo does not negate the rights of its owners. As for what has been purchased previously, there is no harm in benefiting from it, and it is not permissible to destroy it."
