What is the share of each heir in the estate of a man who died and left behind a wife, a full sister, a paternal half-sister, and a paternal half-brother?

If the heirs are the wife, the full sister, and the paternal siblings only, then the wife takes one-fourth as a prescribed share, based on Allah's saying: "And for them is the fourth of what you leave if you have no child." The full sister takes one-half as a prescribed share, based on Allah's saying: "They ask you for a ruling. Say, 'Allah gives you a ruling concerning one having no lineal ascendant or descendant as heir.' If a man dies, leaving no child but a sister, she will have half of what he leaves." The remainder goes to the paternal siblings by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the nearest male." The remainder is divided into three shares: two shares for the paternal brother and one share for the paternal sister. The matter of inheritances must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
