What should a wife do with her husband who refuses to live in a separate home with her, does not spend on her, makes many excuses, and against whom she has filed alimony cases without success, and who does not agree to divorce her under the pretext that he wants her?

Every wife has the right to maintenance according to what is customary, and she has the right that her husband should not be absent from her for more than six months without a valid excuse. In case of dispute over maintenance or a request for divorce due to harm, reference should be made to the Sharia judge.
