Is it permissible, Islamically, for a recently converted Muslim woman who does not observe hijab to manage an Islamic association that oversees the affairs of a mosque and Muslims?

It is not permissible for a woman to manage an association that includes men, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "A people who entrust their affairs to a woman will never prosper." Furthermore, her presence with them leads to impermissible mixing (ikhtilat) and unlawful private seclusion (khalwa), and the matter becomes more dangerous with her adornment (tabarruj) and lack of hijab. Her husband's recommendation is not to be considered if it contradicts Islamic law. She must wear the hijab, as Allah Almighty says: "O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw over themselves their outer garments."
