She should continue to invite her female colleagues to good and be patient with them, interacting with them within the bounds of what Allah has commanded, without backbiting, slandering, or raising her voice. As for a girl who prays but does not wear the hijab, she is committing a forbidden act. She should continue to pray and strive to wear the complete hijab. Her prayer does not absolve her of the duty of hijab, but it is better than not praying at all.
