Is invoking blessings upon the the Prophet (peace be upon him) with the phrase "O Allah, bless our master Muhammad" correct?

Prayers upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, are a great act of worship, and the best of their forms is the Salat al-Ibrahimiyyah. It is permissible to send prayers upon the Prophet using any wording that conveys the meaning outside of prayer, such as saying "Allahumma salli ala Muhammad" (O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad) or "Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam" (May Allah send prayers and peace upon him). However, inside the ritual prayer (salat) and the adhan (call to prayer), one must restrict oneself to the authentically transmitted wordings. It is permissible to add the word "Sayyidina" (our master) when sending prayers upon the Prophet outside of prayer, such as "Allahumma salli ala Sayyidina Muhammad" (O Allah, send prayers upon our master Muhammad). Nevertheless, it is preferable to adhere to the authentically transmitted forms in which the word "Sayyidah" was not mentioned.
