What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then returns and recites three verses from Surat Al-An'am, an angel is assigned to him who glorifies Allah on his behalf until evening"?

The aforementioned hadith with this specific wording has not been found. However, another hadith with the wording: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits in his prayer place, and recites three verses from the beginning of Surat Al-An'am, Allah will entrust seventy angels to him who will glorify Allah and seek forgiveness for him until the Day of Resurrection," has been found. Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi cited it in Kanz al-Ummal and attributed it to Musnad al-Daylami. Al-Suyuti also attributed it to Al-Daylami in Al-Durr al-Manthur. Musnad al-Daylami is a source known for weak hadiths, and most hadiths concerning the virtues of Surat Al-An'am are weak or fabricated.
