Is this supplication authentic: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, which neither the righteous nor the wicked can transgress, and from the evil of what He has created and originated"?

The Hadith was narrated by Imam Ahmad from Abd al-Rahman ibn Khunbush, and its wording is: "I seek refuge in Allah's perfect words, which no righteous or wicked person can transgress, from the evil of what He created, originated, and made; and from the evil of what descends from the sky; and from the evil of what ascends into it; and from the evil of what He created in the earth; and from the evil of what emerges from it; and from the evil of the trials of night and day; and from the evil of every night visitor, except a night visitor who comes with good, O Most Merciful." It was also narrated by Al-Nasa'i in Al-Kubra, and Al-Tabarani in Al-Du'a, and was authenticated by Al-Albani in Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah.
