What is the ruling on watching dubbed series, such as Turkish series?

TV series - whether dubbed or not - are not free of objectionable elements such as the immodest display of women (tabarruj), unlawful mixing of genders (ikhtilat), music, and words of love and indecency. These incite souls towards unlawful desires and stir up what is latent within them. Therefore, watching them is not permissible due to the disobedience involved towards the command of Allah and His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him.
