Is it permissible for this Muslim girl to marry a Muslim young man without the consent of her parents, who do not adhere to the teachings of Islam, especially since she does not wish to remain in this country and wants to travel with this young man to a Muslim country?

It is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "There is no marriage except with a guardian," and "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid." These two hadiths indicate that a marriage is not valid except with a guardian, and a woman does not have the right to marry herself off. The most rightful person to marry her off is her father, then his father, then her son, then her full brother, then her half-brother (from the father's side), then their sons, then the paternal uncles. If the guardianship of the closer relative is forfeited, then the next in line marries her off. If the guardianship of all of them is forfeited, then the ruler is the one who marries her off, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "So the ruler is the guardian of one who has no guardian." As long as the guardians of this woman are present, they are more entitled to marry her off, and it is not permissible for her to appoint someone other than them, nor for the suitor to accept that, unless it is proven that her guardians are not competent due to clear transgression, or they intend to harm her for personal interests, or they reject a religiously suitable suitor. In such a case, the matter is subject to the judge's discretion.
