Is it permissible to marry a second wife with certain conditions, such as not having children, or that she contributes to living expenses, knowing of the long absence from the first wife, and is this considered just between the two wives?

Allah has permitted a man to marry as many women as he deems good, provided he does not exceed four, and that he deals justly with them. Allah Almighty says: "And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one or those your right hand possesses. That is more suitable that you may not incline [to injustice]." There is no harm in marrying another woman in Kuwait, provided that he deals justly between them in lodging and maintenance, unless the first wife agrees to waive her right to equal treatment. Otherwise, justice must be maintained or the first wife divorced. Permanent contraception is not permissible, but temporary contraception is allowed according to what the spouses deem appropriate.
