Who are those who do not deserve Zakat?

Those who are not eligible to receive zakat are: the family of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, the wealthy, disbelievers (original and apostate), and anyone related to the zakat-payer by birth (parents and children), the wife (with a difference of opinion regarding her giving to her husband), the innovative sinner (with a difference of opinion), the deceased (with a difference of opinion), and charitable organizations such as building mosques and schools, and establishing public facilities.
