What should one do if he ate fruit from a farm without the owner's permission and cannot deliver the value of the fruit to him?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to consume from the wealth of his Muslim brother except with his consent, based on the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "It is not lawful for a person to take anything from his brother’s property except with his full consent." And his saying: "None of you should milk anyone’s livestock without his permission." Therefore, one must absolve oneself of having consumed these fruits either by paying their price or by seeking forgiveness from their owner. Failure to absolve oneself will lead to this right being demanded on the Day of Judgment, where it will be taken from one's good deeds or one will bear the burden of evil deeds, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever has wronged his brother concerning his honor or anything else, let him seek his forgiveness today before there is neither a dinar nor a dirham."
