How can one perform Hajj on behalf of a deceased person who did not fulfill the obligation, and what is the monetary value required for that?

Whoever dies while obligated to perform Hajj, it is permissible for Hajj to be performed on their behalf, whether the one performing it is a relative or another person, provided that they have already performed Hajj for themselves. The expenses for the one performing Hajj (the muhrim) must be paid if the deceased left an estate; otherwise, it is recommended to perform Hajj on their behalf voluntarily. The Sunnah has indicated the permissibility of deputizing someone to perform Hajj on behalf of the deceased and the incapacitated person who cannot remain mounted on a riding animal without unusual hardship. It is permissible to commission someone for a fee to perform Hajj on behalf of the father, and the deputy may assume ihram from any miqat they wish.
