What is the interpretation of Verses (113-115) from Surat Al Imran, and do contemporary People of the Book who die in their religion enter Paradise, what are their characteristics, and are they considered disbelievers?

Allah sent His Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) to all mankind. Whoever believes in him and obeys him will enter Paradise, and whoever disbelieves in him and disobeys him will enter Hellfire. Allah the Almighty says: (Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam). And His saying, the Almighty: (And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers). Furthermore, the Jews and Christians are disbelievers, a disbelief known by necessity from the religion of Islam. As for His saying, the Almighty: (They are not [all] alike; among the People of the Scripture is a community standing [for the truth], reciting the verses of Allah during periods of the night and prostrating), what is meant is that the People of the Scripture are not all alike. Among them are those who believe in Allah and His messengers, and believe in Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and these are the righteous who have submitted to Islam, and they are not like the criminals.
