Is a wife obligated to inform her husband of her past infidelity—from which she has sincerely repented—despite his suspicions and lack of evidence, out of fear of Allah's reckoning?

The questioner, along with repentance, must conceal herself and not expose her sins; for whoever repents, Allah accepts his repentance. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged sinners to conceal themselves and not expose their sins, saying: "Avoid these abominations which Allah has forbidden. Whoever commits one of them should conceal himself with Allah's concealment and repent to Allah. For whoever exposes his misdeed to us, we will apply Allah's Mighty and Majestic Book upon him." Similarly, Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, advised women to conceal their sins and not disclose them to people, because people will shame them and not change anything. Likewise, Abu Bakr and Umar, may Allah be pleased with them, advised those who confessed a sin to repent and conceal it. Therefore, the questioner must conceal herself with Allah Almighty's concealment, not inform her husband, not destroy her home, and do good for the remainder of her life.
