Is a wife's concealment from her husband of some matters from her past, for which he would not forgive her if she revealed them, considered a betrayal and an act of disobedience?

If a Muslim commits a sin, they must offer sincere repentance and conceal their sin, not informing anyone about it. Therefore, a wife should not tell her husband about her past sins, based on the hadith: "All of my Ummah are pardoned except for the Al-Mujahirin (those who make their sins public)," and the hadith: "Avoid these filthy acts that Allah has forbidden. Whoever commits one of them should conceal it with Allah's cover and repent to Allah." The wife will not be considered treacherous or disobedient to her husband by not informing him of this.
