What is the Sharia guidance for dealing with the spread of blasphemy against the Divine Self and the abandonment of prayer among youth in the country of residence?

Insulting the Divine Being is an act of disbelief (kufr) that expels one from the fold of Islam. Allah has warned those who abandon prayer of severe torment, as He says: "Then, there succeeded them a generation who neglected prayers and pursued desires; so they are going to meet Ghayy" (a valley in Hell). And He says: "So woe to those who pray, [but] who are heedless of their prayer." Abandoning prayer is an act of disbelief, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The covenant between us and them is prayer; whoever abandons it has disbelieved." It is necessary to advise and guide young people with gentleness and wisdom. If a Muslim is unable to condemn an evil, it is not permissible for him to sit with those who commit it except out of necessity, as Allah says: "And He has already sent down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah disbelieved in and mocked at, then do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them."
