Is it true that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Indeed, whoever recites Surah As-Sajdah and Al-Mulk after Maghrib, it will be written for him as the reward of standing in prayer on Laylat al-Qadr"?

The Hadith: "Whoever recites {Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion} and (Alif Lam Mim Tanzil) As-Sajdah between Maghrib and 'Isha, it is as if he spent Laylat al-Qadr in prayer," is not authentic. However, the Prophet's recitation, peace and blessings be upon him, of (Alif Lam Mim Tanzil) As-Sajdah and (Has there not come upon man) in the Fajr prayer on Friday is authentic.
