What is the ruling of the Sharia on my absence from work due to harassment, delegating my tasks to colleagues, and then donating the equivalent of my salary for the days of absence?

A government employee must fulfill their work contract and adhere to its terms. If they are absent from work, they must return the salary for their days of absence to their employer, or give it as charity to the poor if returning it is difficult or would cause significant harm.
