It is not permissible to give zakat to orphans if they are wealthy. What was taken must be returned or given as charity with the intention of zakat. Pension funds should be disbursed in a way that is most beneficial for the orphan. The deferred mortgage debt is to be paid by the heirs after the death of the inheritor. It is not permissible to pay any of these debts from zakat funds as long as the heirs have the means to pay them.
