What is the ruling of the Sharia on a husband who contracts a "misyar" marriage and abandons his wife for four years, refusing to meet her despite spending on her, and given the wife's inability to endure the situation?

Islamic law mandates justice among wives and prohibits preferring one over another. A severe warning has been issued against whoever inclines towards one over the other. The husband must reside with each wife for the same duration he resides with the other, whether they are in the same country or different countries, unless one of them waives her right to the division of time. If the wives are in two different countries, the husband must act justly between them, either by going to the absent wife during her allotted days or by bringing her to him so they can be together in one country. A wife has the right that her husband does not absent himself from her for more than six months without her consent or a valid excuse. If the husband fails to act justly, the wife has the right to seek a divorce.
