What is the ruling on a wife working to help her husband, given the harassment she faces at work, and what is the appropriate prayer for her?

If a woman's work is permissible and she adheres to Islamic manners, then the transgressions of others will not harm her, and she should advise them. It is better for her to leave the company of those who do not adhere to what pleases Allah, if she finds an alternative or can do without the job, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not associate except with a believer." If she does not find an alternative, she must be patient. To fulfill a need, one should increase seeking forgiveness and supplication, including the supplication of Dhun-Nun: "There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."
