What is the ruling on prayer and ritual purity for someone who suffers from the emission of drops of urine and a clear fluid after urinating, and from continuous flatulence, if this lasts for an hour or more and leads to delaying the prayer?

Neglecting prayer is a major sin. The discharge of urine is not an excuse to abandon it. Rather, the worshipper must perform ablution and pray even with the discharge of urine, and must make up for any missed prayers.

As for urinary and flatulence incontinence, if their discharge stops for a sufficient time that the worshipper can perform prayer, then they must wait for their cessation, then perform ablution and pray. However, if the incontinence is continuous most of the time and they do not find sufficient time after its cessation, then they are considered to have the ruling of someone with incontinence.
