The answer

It is recommended to proceed with marriage as long as the fiancée is of good character and religious commitment. This should not be prevented by a lack of money or the desire to complete education, for Allah Almighty has promised help to those who wish to marry for the sake of chastity. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Three are entitled to Allah’s help: the fighter in the cause of Allah, the slave who wants to buy his freedom to pay his master, and the one who marries to preserve his chastity." Efforts should be made to convince the parents to expedite the marriage due to the young man's need for it, given the prevalence of temptations. It should also be noted that it is not permissible to reside in the lands of the disbelievers without necessity or need, especially if there is a fear of falling into the widespread prohibitions there.
