Should we perform the prayer or the Umrah upon arriving in Makkah and realizing it is prayer time?

If the prayer is called before starting the 'Umrah, pray with the congregation and then begin your 'Umrah. If you arrive at the mosque and the prayer has concluded, pray before its time expires, as Allah states: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a time-bound ordinance." If you have started the 'Umrah and the prayer is called during the circumambulation (Tawaf), pray with the people from your place, then complete the circumambulation from where you left off. And if you interrupt the striving (Sa'i) for prayer or for an unforeseen reason, then build upon what has passed and complete it from where you left off.
