What are the consequences for a woman who entered into a state of Ihram while she was menstruating, then returned to her country and her husband had intercourse with her? Does she remain in a state of Ihram, and is it permissible for her to remove hair and trim her nails? And if she performs Umrah again, is she required to enter into Ihram from the Miqat?

As long as you entered into the state of ihram for Umrah but did not complete it, you are still in the state of ihram. You must avoid all prohibitions, including sexual intercourse. You are required to return to Makkah and complete the Umrah. You must also slaughter a sheep due to the sexual intercourse that occurred before exiting the state of ihram. The sheep will be the responsibility of your husband if he coerced you into intercourse. Furthermore, you must make up for this Umrah that was invalidated by sexual intercourse.
