When does menstruation end for a woman who cannot distinguish the white discharge and is confused between the yellowish discharge accompanying menstruation and normal secretions?

If a woman sees blood during her menstrual period, she stops praying and fasting. When she sees dryness or the white discharge, she performs ghusl (ritual bath). If the blood returns during her menstrual period, it is considered menstruation. However, yellow or brownish discharge after seeing purity is not considered anything, unless it occurs during her usual period.
