Is what was circulated about a vision of Mecca, involving the raising of the Noble Quran and the appearance of Planet Nibiru in 2011, which would lead to the sun rising from the West as the first of the major signs of the Hour, true?

Dreams are not a basis for rulings. Many minor signs of the Hour have not yet occurred. As for setting a date for the major signs, that is a presumption about the unseen, which is impermissible. Knowledge of that is solely with Allah. The timing of the appearance of the signs of the Hour is known only to Allah. The raising of the Qur’an at the end of time will happen when no good remains on Earth, and only the worst of people remain, upon whom the Hour will be established.
