Is it permissible to translate a contract for the sale of alcohol if the translator is coerced into doing so?

There is no Sharia prohibition against working in translation. However, it is not permissible for a Muslim to translate content related to what is unlawful (haram), or that promotes or calls to it, such as translating alcohol deals. This is because it falls under cooperating in sin and aggression, which is forbidden by Sharia. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed ten categories of people in relation to alcohol.
