Is it obligatory for someone who intended to perform 'Umrah while in Jordan, then traveled to Jeddah without entering into ihram from the miqat, to enter into ihram from the miqat of Al-Juhfah, or can he enter into ihram from his residence in Jeddah? And where is the place of ihram for the second and third 'Umrahs? And is it permissible to enter into ihram from any place in Jeddah?

If you arrive in Jeddah with the intention of performing 'Umrah, you must enter into the state of Ihram from the Miqat you passed (Rabegh for people from the Levant). If you did not do so, you must go to Rabegh to enter into Ihram from there. If you entered into Ihram from Jeddah, you have neglected a واجب (obligatory act) and a دم (sacrifice) is due upon you (slaughtering a sheep in Makkah and distributing it to the poor of the Haram).

If you wish to perform a second 'Umrah, you must go out to the nearest point outside the Haram boundary, such as Al-Taneem, to enter into Ihram from there. If you return to Jeddah after performing 'Umrah, you may enter into Ihram from Jeddah for the next 'Umrah from any place within the حل (area outside the Haram boundary).
